Delenn woke up in her quarters. Someone was hovering over her again. When her vision focused, she found Mayan, Lennier, and John near her. She sat up quickly and looked all around. Her head throbbed with pain and she could not remember what happened.
"Delenn, are you okay?" John asked.
"Get away. Get away now." Delenn said in a deadly whisper.
"Delenn...what is going on? What is happening to you?" John asked, sounding very confused.
"You heard her, Mr. President. Please leave. Mayan and I will attend to her." Lennier said.
"No. Mayan will not be allowed to be near her." John argued.
"Mr. President, I can do as I please." Mayan said.
"Please leave, or I will call security." Lennier said with a hint of annoyance in his voice.
John stalked out of the room. Delenn heard the door open, then close. She turned to face Lennier and Mayan. She smiled at them.
"Thank you, Lennier."
"Anything for you, Delenn." Lennier said, putting his hand on top of hers.

"I don't understand it. She was fine a couple of hours ago. Now, she hates me. I think Lennier and Mayan have something to do with her behavior." John told Garibaldi over breakfast the next morning.
"Come on, Mr. President." Garibaldi said. "I have a suspicious mind, but I don't think Lennier would be a part of some scheme to hurt you or Delenn."
"What about Mayan?" John asked, prodding his oatmeal.
"Well, I have no doubt about her, but I have yet to see anything wrong with her. As far as know, she's a normal Minbari teenager."
"And, what would you consider normal for a Minbari teenager?" John asked critically.
"I don't know." Garibaldi replied.
John shot Michael a "Yeah, uh-huh" look. Giving one last prod to his oatmeal, he got up, threw his napkin on the table, and left the mess hall.

Captain Lochley paced in her office. She was supposed to have a meeting with Delenn about the alliance and the events that had just happened concerning the Brakiri and the Drazi. Usually, Delenn was never late unless she said so beforehand.
"I beg your pardon, captain."
Elizabeth turned around to find a Minbari she had never met before.
"Yes? Do you know where Delenn is?"
"I am Lennier, her former aide. To answer your question, yes, I do know where she is. But, she told me to tell you that she cannot make the meeting."
"That's strange. She would usually tell me herself." Elizabeth commented.
"Ambassador Delenn is not feeling well." Lennier replied.
"I see. Well, send her my regards, and I'll reschedule the meeting." Elizabeth said.
"Thank you, captain." Lennier said as he bowed and left.

Lennier walked down a hall towards a transport tube. His thoughts were on Delenn, the one he loved. The unfortunate event was working to his advantage. If she hated John Sheridan now, maybe she would begin to love him. But, this was impossible, and Lennier knew it.
"Psst! Lennier! Over here!" A voice whispered.
Lenneir turned around to see Mayan. Somewhat curious, Lennier walked over. Mayan was hidden partly by shadows.
"Yes?"
"Come here, I have to show you something." Mayan said as she dragged him into the shadows.

Elizabeth's computer bleeped and turned on. Delenn's image appeared. Tears were in her eyes, and she looked severely distressed. Elizabeth turned to face the monitor.
"What is it, DElenn?"
"It's Lennier...he's missing. In Valen's name...he's missing!"
