Does anybody know where I can send a picture of a UFO,to get a professional to look at? I accidently snaped a picture of a black hat shaped object over the old Army Depot (Ammo and radioactive waste storage) In Hillsborough N.J. There is no way that the object is a plan, bird, blimp or cloud. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. I want to fially find out exactly what it is.
