This happened last year at a business trip. I was sleeping very quietly, when the phone rang. I picked it up and someone said "7:30 Sir. This is your wake up call"

I looked at the watch and it was 7:30, but I vever asked the hotel to wake me up, so I was pissed.

I went for a shower and back to the room, when I realized, all of a sudden, that I had disconnected the phone the night before to hook up my laptop.

I checked the phone cord and it WAS disconnected.

Well, that was a veru unusual wake up call.
