I was just browsing a few forums and reading different topics here and there, and I realized how I missed the sci-fi bboards :o) I think this place is so interesting, because you can find SUCH a mixture of people. For example, I am a christian (southern Baptist to be exact), and I am also very conservative. What is strange is that I am a huge Anne Rice fan (for vampires and witches) and I am voraciously interested in theory. I'm 17 years old, and I am very much into roleplaying (The game Dark Ages of Camelot rocks!!) I also consider myself to be somewhat a "normal" teen since I do go out on friday nights, and watch movies with my friends. I don't get drunk, smoke, or sleep around. How weird am I? I also play cards with my grandparents on Sat. night because I really enjoy spending time with them, and I know that they won't always be around. ^_^ I'm just curious to know if anyone out there is like me, or feels like me? I am by no means perfect, but I am working on getting cussing down some. I am an avid collector of art, and I love abstract/logical ideas... I do NOT believe in vampires, immortals, aliens, or things of that nature. Well, I do believe in the possibility that aliens could exist, and ghost too perhaps. I just think that there is so much to do, and I really try to get the most of of everything (Carpe Diem) I absolutely love German, (ich habe nur drei jahre deutsch gehabt), and I like politics. Math also interests me as well as english, but english is definitely my stronger point. Lol, this may not be on topic at all, but I felt like I had to share. Let me know if you relate at all :o)
