A poor man's Fantastic Voyage, this SF channel "original" features another submarine in the bloodstream, but without the excitement. With cheesy rented sets, dialog written by some high school student, amazingly bad casting, props kit-bashed out of Playskool toys and plot holes you could steam a naval battle group through, it's no wonder nearly all the actors "phoned in" their performances. Choice MSTing material!
