I was very, very skeptical. Then I went on the show and now...... I'm confused :) I was "one on one" on the show (the recent "one-on-one" with the 2 doctors, Sept 7) and I don't know what I believe. There is no doubt he told us things only we knew, and some things that my brother and I
didn't know but my mom confirmed when she came on the show at the end. "Like what was in her purse". I think it's one of two things,. 1) he has some gift reading our own minds, or contacting those who have died or 2) the ultimate con ......If its a con, there has to be hidden cameras, hidden microphones, and x-ray machines throughout the studio (which I strongly doubth) because only he and my mother knew my mom was carrying "something belonging to my brother in a small plastic pouch in her purse" My brother and I didn'teven know about that one! He mentioned my father's brother by his NAME not the first letter and said he was directly to his side. He mentioned my aunt "Philomena" by her name (how many people have a Philomena in their family ?)...... I could go on for another 5 pages. Looking at the ENTIRE segment, he said stuff that we couldn't recognize about 30% of the time, 40% of the time it pertained to us but could have been other people (especially if you limit your study population to those who have lost loved ones........) like "an older male who died of lung cancer" As a physican I'll tell you that if you make 3-4 generalizations like that one you will hit on 2-3 of them........But it's the last 30% that was very, specific to us that has me wondering.......Anyway there is definitely more here than just "cold reading" someone and having his clients "give him" the answers......

In the critics defense, the show knew my name for 4 days before I filmed. We were not allowed to tape, and we could not have the entire unedited version, only notes taken during the session.........Anyway it is a GREAT show !

Most critics make some legitimate points and observations........but remember.......A lot of people NEED a show like this. He's not hurting anyone, so why piss on everyone's hopes ?? Some of you are so angry about this.....If you think it's your duty to enlighten the world, you are way off........
